Concrete Piers

Concrete piers are a great footing option for a variety of building applications.

  • Pier diameter and height can vary depending on the building size and application

  • We use sonotube forms and 1/2” rebar when pouring piers

  • Generally, piers are at least 4’ deep in the ground

  • Trusses can mount directly on piers using concrete anchors

  • A “dirt skirt” is used on the bottom exterior portion of buildings to finish off the side walls (Gravel is then added on top of this extra fabric flap to hold it in place)
